Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy

A consultation booking with Karigiri Prasad is confirmed once your preferred time slot is agreed and, where applicable, payment is received. Please double-check your birth date, time and place before confirming, as consultation accuracy depends on this information.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Requests to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation via WhatsApp, phone or email.
• We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative slot within Monday–Saturday, 10:00–20:00 IST.
• Repeated last-minute rescheduling may affect future booking priority.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because each consultation involves dedicated preparation time (chart calculation, research and personalised analysis), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• Full refund — if a consultation is cancelled by us (Karigiri Prasad) or could not be conducted due to a technical failure on our side.
• Partial refund or reschedule credit — if you cancel with reasonable advance notice before preparation has begun.
• No refund — once a consultation has been completed and guidance delivered, as this reflects the service actually rendered.

Refunds, where approved, are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Cancellation Process

To cancel or request a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking details (name, date/time of consultation, payment reference). We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 1–2 business days.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with a payment or charge, please contact us directly first so we can resolve it quickly. We're happy to explain any charge, correct genuine errors, or discuss your concern before any formal dispute is raised with a bank or payment provider.
